I'm a clinical hypnotherapist and the author of Ten Steps to Drink Less and Live Well. I've been helping people change their relationship with alcohol for over a decade — not by telling them to stop, but by working on the patterns and habits that keep drinking in place even after the intention to change is clearly there.
Most of the people I work with want to drink less, not to stop entirely. That's the starting point — not a compromise, and not a consolation prize. If you do want to stop completely, that's something I work with too. But it's not the assumption, and it's not a requirement. We work together to find what a genuinely healthier relationship with alcohol looks like for you.

How It Works

Sessions take place via Zoom, so I can work with you wherever you are in the UK or internationally. If you'd prefer to work in person, I also offer some face-to-face sessions at my London practice.
