I'm Tansy Forrest

For years, I wore the mask of professional success—Head of Department, a master’s degree in Social Sciences, and deep research into what motivates people. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together.

But inside? I was running on empty.

Stress, anxiety, and the crushing pressure to keep all the plates spinning led to panic attacks, sleepless nights, and unhealthy habits I didn’t want to admit were controlling my life.

Everything changed the day I discovered hypnotherapy. It wasn’t a quick fix—it was a turning point.

For the first time, I began to retrain my mind, let go of negative patterns, and feel truly in control of my choices. That shift didn’t just reduce my stress—it gave me my life back.

The transformation was so powerful that I left my teaching career to retrain as a therapist, determined to help others experience the same freedom.
Now, I combine science-backed strategies with practical mindset tools to help people break free from habits that hold them back—without relying on sheer willpower.
